The voting period will begin at 12:01 p.m. on Nov. 17 and continue until noon on Nov. 25. You must be complete the free registration to submit a photo and/or vote. Users who have participated in previous upickem contests on this Web site should be able to use their previous usernames and passwords
Yes. We award two top prizes. One goes to the entry that garners the most online votes. The other will be determined by SouthCoastToday.com judges.
