No. The contest is free and open to anyone eligible to enter (see rules for further details). To submit a photo and/or vote, you will have to register (for free) with the contest vendor, UPickem. This is a different login than the one you might use to log to SouthCoastToday.com. Readers who have entered our previous photo contests should be able to use the same login information from the previous contests.
